By accessing or using our website at samanthajuneforcongress.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. By using the Site, you agree that you will not:

Campaign Contributions
Campaign contributions made through the Site are subject to federal election laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Federal Election Campaign Act (FECA) and regulations of the Federal Election Commission (FEC). By making a contribution, you affirm that:
- You are a United States citizen or a lawfully admitted permanent resident (green card holder)
- You are at least 18 years of age
- The contribution is made from your own personal funds and not from the funds of a corporation, labor organization, national bank, federal government contractor, or foreign national
- The contribution is not being made in the name of another person
- You are not a federal government contractor
- You understand that the maximum individual contribution is $3,500 per election
Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle. Contributions are not tax-deductible.
Mailing List
By signing up for our mailing list, you consent to receive campaign communications, including emails about campaign updates, events, volunteer opportunities, and fundraising requests. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any email or by contacting us directly. Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, audio, video, data compilations, and software — is the property of Samantha Elizabeth June for Congress or its content suppliers and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Site without our prior written consent, except as follows:
- You may download or print one copy of a reasonable number of pages for your own personal, non-commercial use

Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, MATERIALS, AND SERVICES PROVIDED ON OR THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE CAMPAIGN DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that any information on the Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SAMANTHA ELIZABETH JUNE FOR CONGRESS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, VOLUNTEERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO THE CAMPAIGN IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Samantha Elizabeth June for Congress, its officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pasco County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Campaign regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.
